Bred is a celebration of how bread forms the underlying foundation of so many of our favourite dishes. From a simple margherita pizza, to a varied mezze spread, a Japanese Sando or a humble kebab. Bred is here to celebrate all of that.
Built from my mixed heritage, Bred operates on a simple premise, pick the bread and we build a seasonal menu around it.
